The 37-year-old's family have been repeatedly leaving cards, balloons and flowers opposite the house where Vincent died during a botched attempt to burgle pensioner Richard Osborn-Brooks's home.
Mr Osborn-Brooks was arrested on suspicion of murder and released on bail, but was told on Friday that no action would be taken.
Footage from Monday night showed a man stamping on the tributes in a separate attack, claiming: "The flowers need burning".
Regarding Vincent she said: "He was like a brother to me, he loved his family and his three babies".
The Metropolitan Police have said that they have not involved in the removal of the display.
