The 82-year-old monarch dubbed the Arab League meet the "Jerusalem summit" as he took aim at Washington's decision to recognise the disputed city as the capital of Israel and transfer the United States embassy from Tel Aviv.
"The summit condemned Iranian interference in the internal affairs of Arab countries, either through igniting sectarian strife or planting militias in Arab countries such as Lebanon, Iraq and Yemen, and harboring al Qaeda terrorists", Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Jubeir told a news conference.
On Sunday, King Salman made it clear he was unhappy with Mr Trump's decision to recognise Jerusalem as Israel's capital, an opinion backed by the other leaders at the summit.
During the summit, Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz criticized Tehran's influence on Arab countries, claiming that it violated the principles of worldwide law.
He added: "East Jerusalem is an integral part of the Palestinian territories". The kingdom announced another $50 million for programs run by the United Nations relief agency for Palestinians after the US slashed its aid.

The push against Iran is being led "predominantly by Saudi Arabia and the UAE, along with other Arab countries including Egypt", Krieg said.
The summit begins on Sunday in the East coast city of Dammam.
Not on the table at the summit, according to Krieg, is Qatar, cut off from its Gulf allies over accusations of ties to Iran and support for Islamist extremists-claims denied by Doha.

Iran has always been a supporter of Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad and backs Lebanon's Shia Hizbollah movement, whose fighters are deployed in Syria alongside regime forces.
