Four surgeons have been suspended after they reportedly cut open the wrong patient's head in a hospital in Kenya.
Two men had been wheeled into KNH unconscious last Sunday.
Health Minister Sicily Kariuki also suspended the CEO of the hospital over the blunder.
It comes only six weeks after an investigation was ordered into claims that nursing mothers were sexually assaulted by morgue attendants at the same hospital.

Dr. John Ong'ech and Dr. Thomas Mutie have been appointed to take over the management of the hospital amid questions over a series of incidents that have cast the referral hospital into the spotlight. Both the person operated on and the blood clot patient are in good condition, it said.
"We are happy to inform the public that the patient is in recovery and progressing well", Ms Koros added.
The hospital said the surgeon, as well as two nurses and an anaesthetist, had been suspended pending an investigation into the operation "on the wrong patient".
