The exceedingly popular Nintendo Switch has far surpassed the company's original forecast, and since March past year has reportedly sold 15 million units.
Also mentioned in the earnings call, was the potential for more Nintendo Switch DLC, which would "promote longer gameplay for individual software titles". The first three titles revealed to be part of that collection are Super Mario Bros 3, Dr Mario, and Balloon Fight.
These figures are courtesy of the Japanese giant's latest financial report for the year ending 31st December 2017.
This forecast with Nintendo's previous forecast and Nintendo expects the console to sell around 37 Million Units by April 2019.
