A few days after Luann de Lesseps was arrested on Christmas Eve morning for allegedly kicking an officer and threatening to kill people in Palm Beach, Florida, she's made a decision to enter into rehab for help with a drinking problem.

Fans of the "Real Housewives of New York City" can look forward to crime drama on the next season.

'I have chose to seek professional guidance and will be voluntarily checking into an alcohol treatment center.

De Lesseps, who lives in Sag Harbor, N.Y., was released on her own recognizance after her arrest, according to jail records.

She said that Shanise was set to cook spaghetti as part of their Christmas celebration, according to the newspaper. After receiving a phone call with the awful news , he said "I couldn't believe it".

Police alleged that de Lesseps resisted arrest and later said "I'm going to f-king kill you" after being placed in a patrol vehicle.

"Once again, I sincerely apologize for my actions", de Lesseps added in the statement.

De Lesseps' Christmas weekend turned south after police officers caught her trespassing in a hotel room. "I am so grateful for the love and support that I am receiving from met family, friends and loyal supporters".

De Lesseps previously apologized for her behavior following the drunken incident.
